ABOUT

What I believe about retreat

x, Courtney

On Retreat creates immersive wellness experiences designed for both inner and outer exploration. Through yoga, nature, culture, and connection, our retreats invite you to slow down, step away from routine, and return to yourself in meaningful ways.

Each experience is intentionally curated to balance movement and stillness, exploration and rest, community and personal space. From vibrant cities to quiet coastal landscapes, we gather in places that inspire presence, curiosity, and connection to the world around us.

On Retreat is for those who feel called to move, explore, and experience life more fully. We’re a community drawn to meaningful travel, mindful movement, and shared moments that stay with you long after the journey ends.

I can’t wait to welcome you on retreat.

Who guides this retreat

Cassy

facilitators

yoga facilitator

Courtney is a yoga facilitator, ERYT-500, sound healer with over ten years of teaching experience. She has been teaching yoga internationally for the past three years, leading retreats and experiences rooted in movement, connection, and exploration. Her teaching style blends intentional vinyasa, mindful pacing, and space for curiosity, creating an experience that is both grounding and expansive. She believes yoga is a gateway to exploring both our internal and external worlds.

Courtney’s retreats are designed as immersive experiences — combining yoga, sound healing, nature, culture, and connection. Her intention is to create spaces where students can step away from routine, return to themselves, and experience the beauty of being fully present.

Cassy’s yoga journey began at a young age, flowing along to VHS tapes in her parents’ basement before eventually finding her way into studios and discovering the power of practicing in community. That sense of connection is what sparked her passion for yoga and continues to shape her teaching today.

For Cassy, yoga is more than movement. It’s a moving meditation that invites presence, quiets the outside noise, and creates space to reconnect with yourself and those around you.

Her classes are intentional, creative, and grounding. Cassy is known for cultivating a welcoming space where students feel supported to explore, grow, and meet themselves exactly where they are. Whether you're new to yoga or deepening your practice, she invites you to come as you are and flow together.

This is your invitation to...

* Slow down and step away from routine
* Explore the magic of Día de los Muertos in Mexico City
* Move and reconnect through daily yoga and mindful practices
* Unwind by the ocean in Puerto Escondido
* Immerse in culture, nature, and meaningful connection
* Experience inner and outer exploration
